mental health advocacy
articles
The mental health stigma in South Asian culture can be a very complex subject and I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of it so I interviewed licensed therapist Dr. Rakhi Sen to learn more. She identified some core themes and through this article series me and my co-author worked to explain how these themes manifest in society today.
I hope that this article series will help people build more compassion for themselves and give me a better insight as I continue advocating for mental health.
